InterRail provides train passes that provide unlimited travel around Europe for defined periods of time. If you're planning to travel extensively around one or more countries in Europe, the InterRail Pass is the most convenient and cost effective option available.
The pass is available to individuals who |

have been legal residents for at least 6 months of any of the 30 countries of the IRC. In addition, legal residents of a number of neighbouring countries* are also eligible. Train journeys are provided on most trains across Europe except certain high-speed and overnight trains.
* Neighbouring countries are Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Cyprus, Malta and Iceland. |

- Youth Passes are for travellers aged between 12 and 25 years. These are available in 2nd Class only.
- Adult Passes are for travellers aged 26 years and above. These are available in 1st and 2nd Classes.
- Child Fare applies to children aged between 4 and 11. This results in a reduction of 50% on the price of the adult fare (1st or 2nd class as applicable).
- Children under the age of 4 travel for free.

InterRail Global passes
The InterRail Global Pass is valid on the national railways and some private railways in all participating European countries except for the traveller's home country. The pass is available in a number of validity options.

InterRail One Country passes
The InterRail One Country Pass is meant for travellers planning to visit a single European country. This pass was formerly known as the EuroDomino Train Pass and is available for 27 countries. Like the Global Pass, the One Country pass is not valid for the traveller's home country.
